| Yes. On shared hosting accounts, it is strictly forbidden, without prior written authorization, to allow a third party or the user of another web hosting service to use or access your account's resources. Without limitation, this applies to usage of an account to provide public online services like statistics, image hosting or any other service targeted to external web sites. At anytime, all shared hosting accounts must use an acceptable level of resources and have an average total system resource utilization below below 2%. These restrictions are for each end user / Cpanel account. CPU and resource bursts are limited to 30 minute intervals. Violation of burst times will result in suspension. Reseller account utilization is not calculated by the usage sum of said reseller's end users. |
