Will you give root access on a shared account for extra money?
| No. It is entirely to risky to give root access to a client on a shared hosting account. We need to look out for our other clients as well. If you are attempting to install cron that needs to be run as root. We can install the cron for you as long as all code is visibile and the script can be run in a protected location where only root can access and change the code. |
