Why can't I create a new account?

If you get an error message stating there is already a DNS entry when you are trying to setup a new account you will not be able to setup the account because it already exists.  In order to recreate it you must delete it first. Another possibility is that you are trying to create an account using a username that is already in use.

Additionally we have encountered problems where accounts such as test.com, atest.com, test.net and other similiar account names fail to create. You are not able to setup accounts like this on our servers because test.com, username test, and many others are reserved by the system.

Additionally, we have deployed a security setting which limits you from setting up accounts that use well known domain names. If you plan on creating a test account use an unsual name such as "testeroo.com" or "qwertytest.com" and usernames such that would likely not be in use.
