Hosty.Net Offers a New Client Management System

Hosty Hosting is upgrading its billing, client support and order management systems. Changes are under way that effect the way user navigation of the site. These changes may be hard to get used to but we are confident that you will like them once you become familiar with them.

Items that are changing:

The Billing section in the header tab will have a completely new interface for you to monitor and view the services which we provide to you.
Our FAQ page will have its user interface remade and modified to include more topics for your convience.
Our Support page in the header bar will feature more support options for existing and potential customers including an 3D interactive virtual assistant to answer questions for you. Due to the enhanced upgrade options we are eliminating are previous email support options. Email support tickets will be created in a different method yet to be determined.

These changes will take effect spuratically upon the completion of each release.
